Applications for municipal grants for additional residential units (ARU)

AVE Consulting will help you with the applications and approval processes for any grants that your municipality may provide to support the creation of additional residential units.

Some Ontario municipalities offer grants of from $10K and up to $30K to support the building of additional residential units in their municipalities.

‍This will help to make your project more affordable and will help to offset the costs of any service upgrades that are required. It is particularly helpful when building an additional residential unit for a family member(s) where the monthly rental costs of the unit are designed to be affordable.
