The client on this project was a physiotherapist that wanted to have her own private practice space.

The challenge on this project was a very tight timeline – two weeks less a day from seeing the space and completion of the work!

Project scope

The scope of work was as follows:

a)     Removal and replacement of all existing flooring (except in the washroom),

b)    Replacement of kitchenette countertop and new faucet,

c)     Repairs to walls and windowsills that were damaged by moisture and usage,

d)    Repainting of entire suite including suite entry door assembly,

e)    Replacement of washroom fan with quieter unit and replacement of washroom faucet,

f)      Replacement of damaged ceiling tiles, and

g)     Installation of large mirror in large room equipped with a kitchenette that would function as gym space for clients to do exercises as prescribed by the physiotherapist.

The project included one spare treatment room that could be rented out to another practitioner by the business owner.

The suite renovations occurred over a two-week period.

The work was completed and received by the client one day ahead of schedule and 1.6% under budget!

Testimonial

Can't speak highly enough about Adrian from AVE Consulting. I recently had my clinic renovated on a tight timeline, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From day one, Adrian got straight to work and kept the project moving efficiently, ultimately finishing right on schedule.
He did an excellent job coordinating all of the subcontractors, staying organized, and making sure every detail was done properly.
On top of that, Adrian was easy to work with, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, which made a big difference during a busy and stressful time.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AVE Consulting to anyone!
